Pay a visit to two of the ghosts of Christmas past! ( See, it totally works for a Christmas special! ). That is to say, of you grew up playing video games, at least. These vanilla and chocolate flavoured cookie incarnations of Inky and Blinky, are sure to trigger some fond memories of this classic game. Difficulty: Medium. Pac-Man Ghost-Cookies Ingredients: 200 grams of butter 150 grams or 1,5 dl of sugar 2 tsp of vanilla powder ( or vanillaflavoured sugar) 2 tsp of cacao-powder 1 egg 5 dl or 2 1/5 cups of flour 100 grams Red candymelts 100 grams Blue candymelts 50 grams white chocolate About 50 chocolate chips How to do it: For starters, get yourself a big bowl. Melt the butter, and pour it in. Then, add the sugar. Proceed by creaming the sugar and sugar mixture. Next up, pour in the spices, that is to say, the cacao and the vanilla powder. Then, crack an egg and add it to the mix. Then mix it. Next up is adding the flour. Do this little by little, or else the mixer will have a hard time keeping up. Add some, mix some, add some mix some. When the dough is done, wrap it in plastic, a plastic bag works the best. But in the fridge for roughly 40 minutes, until its firm. While its firming up, start preheating the oven to 350 F or 180C. When the 40 minutes are up, prepare a clean work area and the sprinkle flour over it. Put down the dough, and use a rolling pin to roll out the dough to about half a centimeter, or one fifth of an inch. Then, use your cookiecutter ( there’s a
